Independence for All Abilities in Water

Floatsation® (formerly known as Original Floatsation and New Age Floatsation) is the original; unique matrix of balls giving total support and independence in water for all abilities, disabled and non-disabled alike.

The Floatsation® product range has wide applications both in the leisure market as an inclusive swimming/floatation aid and as hydrotherapy aid in the pool. The products enable independence in the water acting as an exercise unit and an aid to relaxation at the same time; as well as being a fun toy in the water for all.

Floatsation® was featured on CBeeBies Logo  Something Special program.

Floatsation® was part of the Youth Sport Trusts programme called Elements which looked at providing ways in which people with more complex needs can be intergraded in to a swimming programme in a meaningful way and still be inclusive. Enjoyment in Water

The original product Floatsation® has been a popular swimming teaching aids, used by physiotherapists and SEN teachers in the hydro pool since its original development back in 1993.  Re-developed in 2003 by Martin Mansell 11 times swimming  medallist at 2 Paralympic Games. Floatsation® has gone on to be one of the most inclusive swimming/ floating aids ever and very popular with swimming teachers and parents in all swimming setting,  School, Leisure centre’s and at Home.  Martin believes that everyone should be able to enjoy the freedom that being in water brings.
